Right now they are looking for a technical director with at least 5 years of relevant experience, extensive technical abilities, strong leadership abilities, and excellent client liason and communication skills. The overall aspect of this role will be to take responsibility for and oversee the delivery of projects within the Agency’s technical team.
To accomplish this, you will need to –
Primarily - consistently deliver high-quality services to company clients.
Specifially, you will need to -
Take non-technical briefs from client services or directly from clients and create comprehensive
Technical specifications based on your extensive technical knowledge and experience.
Schedule and allocate the necessary resources to a project to ensure that it can be delivered
on time.
Project manage all technical aspects of a project.
Advise on alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently
Assist in strategic sales efforts from a technical perspective.
Be capable of managing the team, assigning and overseeing responsibilities, and offering guidance and leadership
Support and solicit input from team members at all levels within the organization.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions
and strategies.
Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Ensure that we consistently deliver superior technical solutions to clients.
Innovator Development
Enforce standard policies and procedures
The successful candidate will have extensive technical knowledge in the following areas:
Complex database concepts.
Various programming languages including PHP and .Net.
OO concepts.
Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles.
Client/server and internet systems architectures.
Browser/client specific compatibility issues.
