We are currently representing a major Telecoms Company, one with a fantastic brand. Their name has become the very definition for a superior customer experience across every aspect of b2c interaction, and they have achieved this by exercising a keen interest in their consumers’ behaviour and requirements. In order to continually develop their customer experiences they are now seeking a first rate User Experience Specialist who will have specialist expertise in building web projects from concept to competition based on extensive consumer research and experience. You’ll set up guidelines and standards for usability and build your customers journey through the multiple stages of the websites this company operates. This role will require championing investment in a user centre design culture and in turn measure user experience and improvement by establishing KPI’s and return on investment. Other core responsibilities in this role re Relationship Management and overall Design Development. To be considered for this role you’ll be coming from either working in usability on agency or client side where you’ve been responsible for design, customer journeys and measuring on same.
